Is NewQR free?
Design, generate and decode QR codes for free, with no usage limits or watermarks on exports.
Are my images uploaded?
Generation and decoding run in your browser. Your images are not uploaded to the server.
Will my styled QR code still scan?
Changes are checked by decoding the generated image. If a risk is reported, darken the colors, reduce the logo or adjust error correction. Test with a phone before use.
Can I restyle WeChat Pay and Alipay QR codes?
Yes. Choose Payment and upload the original image. The decoded content is preserved when generating the new code. Verify the payment details in the relevant app before sharing.
Do generated QR codes expire?
NewQR generates static codes without an expiry date. URLs, payment links and other content inside a code remain subject to the relevant service.
